Our insurance policy against tag along bugs
We have taken these to numerous cities with high reports of bed bugs and used it every time. I never saw one, but it helped me feel better knowing this would have killed one if it did tag along. (We do also still take other precautions like looking around the bed after check in and avoiding hotels with lots of reports.) The luggage also came in handy when my daughter got lice at school and I had to kill them on all her stuffies and clothes. We have gotten some questions at the airport though -- some of the people at checkin were concerned that we had "smart luggage" with batteries built in and almost didn't let us check them. That was cleared up after pointing them to the ads for the product, which explained how it works.

Heats up really fast, great idea!
Achieved 122 F in just over an hour, 132 F in 2 hours - much, better than other similar items I've purchased on Amazon. Threw out all my other luggage. If the lining was a bit more robust then I would have given it 5 stars. I just ordered the 24" one. Wish they had a larger one.

Arrived looking used/cord was dirty and unwrapped with dirt. Very disappointed and afraid to use now. :-(

Great product
We already have product and love the suitcases. Airlines broke off wheel of smaller case and we had always wanted to get the 24 inch too and were able to this time. Excited to have both sizes. Love product.

Good piece of luggage.
Rolls well, strong siding. I haven't actually put bed bugs in it to see what happens, but we've put a thermometer in and it definitely gets up above 120 degrees. Haven't had it a long time, but will update if anything changes.

Heated well, problems with lining
Luggage did heat up pretty high, but the internal fabric flap was not glued properly and the flap is not completely connected to the two parts. This was true for two of these that I got. Issues were identical between both. So, heated up well but for an expensive suitcase like this should be in better condition.
