Quality steam product
Good product with multiple options. Quality from Werner high standards.. read instructions manual which clearly defines usage with safety.. Highly recommended

Good steamer for wall and floor.
Works well as designed definitely last for over 20 minutes of continuous run. It runs out of water and pressure after that. Cleaning effect is good. Only con I see is the wait time of about 5-8 mins for the water to reach steam state. When the pressure drops we can’t open and refill will have to wait for the pressee drop or if you’re in a hurry just release pressure operating the gun and emptying the stored steam. Once released can again fill clean filtered water ( don’t use tap water to avoid scaling of the hearing chamber)

Leaving lot of water after steam mop on hard floor
Product quality is good but what no one tells you in youtube videos is it takes break every 50 sec to generate steam which makes it practically useless, leaves lot of water on floor after mop. Mopping hard floors - its failure Do not know if product is defective or any other issue. Used RO water

Good build quality and decent steam pressure
The build quality is solid and the steam pressure is decent. A full tank provides continuous steam for at least 30 minutes, which is great for extended use. However, the re-pressurization time between bursts of continuous steam is longer than what's stated in the user manual, which can be slightly inconvenient during long sessions. The length of the attachments and power chord is very handy.

works well . employees use it and does the job. does not burn out plug points of 5 amp. no need for 15 amps.

Quality of product is of high standard, i think every one should have in their home. Good for deep cleaning.
