It is so easy to use, especially with the handles. I got one with out the handles and I had a hard time with balance. I have very small feet so it works great for me, for larger size feet I might look for a bigger one. I use it all the time. If a commercial comes on TV I get up and do t while the commercial is on. I feel like it is a decent work out.

It works but it’s fallen apart 3 times. I put it back a little bit better and so far has stayed together.

Losing weight

Gets the job done , but plastic isn’t as strong as i thought. Kinda like cheap plastic. The handles broke my second time using it. I Don’t recommend buying this brand.

I love the ease of working core!

Easy to use, no set up necessary. I've used barefoot and with shoes. I prefer barefoot. Great for balance and waist exercise.

I liked the footpad however the straps are entirely too small or short for a tall person Difficult to maintain Balance why utilizing?
