I program this completely manually and used learning functions to copy certain buttons took awhile but after turns 4 remotes into 1 still use Apple TV remote as you can’t copy the slide function to close apps the apple works with Bluetooth also so I don’t need line of sight so better for volume on a theater system other than that this remote is great

I’ve been looking for the best universal tv remote and still can’t find it. This one however is the worse one I’ve bought. App on iPhone has not been updated in 3 years now and setting it up manually doesn’t work for modern devices. The design is excellent which is why I bought it but it just doesn’t work at all. Disappointed.

Works like a charm! I like the "easy to find in the dark" button in the middle that lights up the remote and easily scrolls through channels especially!

Pros: this remote contols everything!Is backlit and buttons are easy to use.Cons: the app for the phone doesn't work, at least not for droids. This thing eats batteries! When the batteries get low, it will seem like your remote stopped working, cause the lights work just fine but will not control your devices. Just replace the batteries, not the remote!

I purchased this remote because it appeared to function with my devices and appeared to be easy to program. After several hours attempting to program the remote with an iPhone, iPad, and Android Tablet, I returned the product. The iPhone & iPad both gave me the same error "Server Error. Please try again later." The Android tablet gave me an error "unable to download the device data." Both mobile applications would not allow me to program the remote. I attempted to program the remote manually, but none of the codes would work for my devices, which is strange because my devices are only 4 years old. If you are wonder about customer service, so am I. There is no telephone number or chat service for customer service. The only customer service option you have is blind emailing the company.

I bought 2 of these to control a TV and sound bar in different rooms. I was able to get one TV and the sound bar on the other TV programmed. I wrote their support due to that and because their app doesn't work since in can't contact their site. No response on the ticket and then I get an email asking me to rate their support service and that my ticket was closed. DO NOT BUY

Remote works awesome- but when i try to install the app through android it says the current version is out of date for my current version of android. i tried to email them to see if there was an update in the near future and I received a response quickly which was a bot response saying that they blocked my email.
