Seller has excellent customer service , great communication with scale issue .First scale was shipped by Amazon and the package was not in the best shape . RESHY sent replacement right away and the second one works fantastic and is very accurate and repeatable . Highly recommend this scale and seller .

Received our scale a few days ago. We immediately noticed that the scale was a factory second. The box had a few dings like it had been opened a few times and the power cord wasn't in a bag or taped up etc, and the styrofoam packaging was broken like somebody rushed to repack this.But the scale works (so far so good). It was factory calibrated and we checked it against our set of calibration weights. The scale also came with a 200-gram calibration weight so we checked it against that too (perfect). The scale is sensitive to wind and vibrations so it's important to use this on a solid table away from windows, a/c units etc!The power cord is very short (maybe 3'?) so that's inconvenient. The scale can also be powered by a 9-volt battery but we don't have one so can't say whether that works.Our big question: who is the manufacturer? There is no name on the box or instructions or on the scale. Very very strange.

The media could not be loaded. If I could give zero stars I would. Calibrated twice according to instructions sent with the machine. Still it is not accurate. I placed a 295 gram weight on the scale and it shows that it weighs 3,641.77 grams. Then when I remove the weight, the scale can't seem to find its way back to zero and bounces for 2-3 minutes everywhere between 00.0 to 00.54. Not a quality machine. Will be returning for a refund.

So far I am very pleased with this balance. It weighs gram amounts of dyes in a linearly responsive manner. For the first time since I began dying my own yarn I feel confident that I will be able to get reproducible results. I just hope that the unit turns out to be well-made and doesn't fail. Fingers crossed.

I used this scale to measure the ingredients and the coffee beans. So far everything works out as expected. The large weighing pan is a big plus. My previous one had too small and it limited me from weighing certain stuff in the package. Good Product with fair price! Definitely will recommend friends to buy this.

Like the accuracy and use it for making stain colors.

This is easy to use with the auto-zero feature and good stability. Would have been nice if it included a 1 Kg standard weight for calibration, but I don't have any reason the doubt the accuracy.
