My first delivery of these remotes was disappointing. The seal on the plastic envelope was compromised and I received an empty envelope. Got right in a chat with Amazon and they shipped out a replacement order which was delivered the next day. Well folks, the wait was worth it. Exact functional replacement of the original remote model RC-AL5 delivered with my TCL Roku model 55R615 TV. Earlier this year I went through a debacle finding a 2nd remote for my Fire Cube, so I didn't have huge expectations. I was delighted to receive replacement remotes were exact working replacement. I just stuck in two AAA alkaline batteries (Amazon brand of course :) ) and it was off to the races. Absolutely no programming required, truly a plug and play installation. I'm smiling, after that little delivery fumble, I had my expectations exceeded, a good day indeed.

I am very pleased with the remotes. They can direct you to Netflix, Amazon, Hulu etc with the touch of a button, this makes their functionality exceptional. It's extremely easy to setup, the battery life is beyond great, I had it for months and haven't even changed the batteries. The value for money is beyond competitive. It has the essential buttons to do what's needed which makes its use very practical. I would definitely buy this product again!!!

These work just fine and my old one was worn out! Should have got these sooner! Great price for two!

Exactly what we needed. Functions normal, easy to use, combatable to roku tv.

I mainly got this remote just because of the four shortcut buttons at the bottom. It has all the shortcuts that I need. All the button works on my element roku tv. However, they work a bit slower than the original remote. And the build quality is not on par with the original remote. But can't complain much at this price point.

Lost my remote and realized I could not turn off the TV without unplugging it. Eventually found it stuck between the sofa cushions. I decided to get a backup in case I ever lost it again. Used the backup remotes to be sure they work and they did.

This remote did not feel like the original in terms of texture or smoothness. It had a roughness to it which was absolutely fine as long as it worked. To my very greatest disappointment...with two brand new Duracell batteries it stopped working. It worked for about 1 hrs and than just stopped working, even though I had brand new batteries in their I tried changing them anyway, nope, no luck there. That obviously was not the problem. The same day it came into the mail, which was Friday, October 2, 2020 and I opened and put fresh Duracell batteries in...everything seemed great, I was happy I finally had a working remote again. To my dismay, a hour later it just stopped working. I even reset the TV as a last ditch effort thinking maybe the TV froze or something even though the pictures were still moving i was willing to try anything. When that didn't work I tried replacing the batteries once again with another set of bran new batteries, still didn't work!! I don't recommend buying this remote, cause you buy it just for it to stop working not to long after. Cant shut the TV off, control the volume, mute it, set sleep timer, use any of the buttons on it that takes you to the respective apps, or turn on or off. I even tried leaving the remotes batteries for a period of time and placing them back in....nothing! I don't recommend buying unless you plan to waste your money. Good luck trying to get a refund. They make that hard as well. Not happy and I have purchased replacement Roku remotes before for my other TV JUST NOTTHROUGH THIS SELLER. I had no issue with the other seller but they did not have the remote I was looking for or I would of bought from them again. IM HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED AND WOULD LIKE A REFUND AND THIS REMOTE SHOULD BE TAKEN DOWN! WITHOUT A PROPER ADRESS I CANT RETURN THIS THING BDCAUSE WHAT I GOT UNDER USER INFO FOR NAME AND ADDRESS WERE JUST LETTERS AND NOTHING THAT FORMED A SENTENCE, A ZIP CODE OR STATE OR COUNTRY WHERE IT CAME FROM. AMAZON WILL NOT REFUND UNLESS PRODUCT IS RETURNEE TO ORIGINAL SELLER. INWOULD LIKE A REFUND NOT A REPLACEMNET AMD NOT GOING TO PAY FOR SHIPMENT TO HEY A REFUND WHEN THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE!
