Spring Chef Dough Blender, Top Professional Pastry Cutter with Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Blades, Large Size, Black

I wanted to make some cheese sticks and needed something to mix the butter and flour to make crumbs. Last time we moved my dough blender got lost so I needed a new one. This one was a great price, is very sturdy, will fit into the mixing bowl, and even came in my favorite color. My old one was chrome and the finish had started to chip off. This one it stainless steel and will not rust. It is easy to clean, and works great.

This is tough! A workhorse. I use it for pie dough. It is sharp and works through the dough quickly! I want the butter very cold and others can’t get through. This just plows through! Great value! I gave my daughters each one for stockings.

Works fine and appears to be well made. Handle is not comfortable and overall it’s a little too big for typical home kitchen use. The other size is too small. I have big hands and it’s not efficient for blending the dough because of the size. I don’t know if dough blenders come in standard sizes but one right in the middle would probably be perfect.

I got this to make the topping for an apple crisp. I don't know any other way to cut butter and flour and sugar together than to use a pastry cutter, and it worked very well. It's sturdy enough to cut through cold butter (because I never remember to get it out to soften ahead of time). It worked very well and fits inside my mixing bowls for storage.

Gets the job done. Makes making biscuits and scones fun, quick and cheeeeep!

best blender I ever owned. so many broke on me, were hard to hold on to, or they just disappointed. then I got this one. really loving it. used it for some months now. it really does work. its holding up well too. we put it in the dishwasher, did fine.

I was hesitant to purchase this pastry cutter. I have used pampered Chef pastry cutter for over 15 years. Mine is finally giving out, and I am on my second Pampered Chef cutter. I bought this because the price was right and I was incredibly surprised when i saw the quality. The cutter is double the thickness of Pampered Chef. It is well made and can be cleaned without bending the metal. It is a little smaller, but works well.

Very useful when I bake banana bread.

Quality of this blender seems sturdy. Yet to try it out.
