Easy and quick to set up
Great product. This is my third different brand of mini computer. The first lasted one week the other 13 months. ,refunded on both.This is silent and so easy to set up. I use my 49 in TV as monitor.I installed iTunes and have put 2000 songs on it so far in very good quality. It makes a great jukebox.YouTube is very fast on it as is all web pages.Also use it as giant photo screen player with Google photos.I would recommend buying this mini computer, hopefilly like me you can get a £30 or £40 off.Found the set up to be very easy I'm 70.

Small and powerful, but the fan is a little noisy.
Perfect for home schooling - runs Teams and Office fine. Very quick for the size. The only issue I have is that the fan runs constantly - it's noisy when the PC starts to process heavily, but even when the processor is idle the fan emits a low volume high-pitch whine.

Tremendous Value if on Promotion
I bought this whilst on promotion for only One Hundred and Thirty Pounds, that's simply great value, but at full price I can make less of a case for it.The core technology is 5 years old, but remains useful for basic web usage, which is fine for most of us.It's built around an Intel Mobile Processor as used in laptops, so doesn't use much power.Ignore the misleading, "fanless" blurb, it has a fan, but it's rarely intrusive.

Don't bother.
When working, this device operates quite reasonably at the functions I require, which are limited to word-processing and internet browsing. I can't comment on its abilities with regard to anything as demanding as gaming, but I imagine that it would be frustrating, as the displays are frequently and randomly switched off. The display outputs are usually restored within a couple of seconds, but on occasion both have failed completely and required a forced shut-down. The wi-fi switches off randomly, as does the bluetooth connection. As with the displays, these usually restore quite quickly, but are nonetheless annoying. I definitely would not purchase any of this company's products again.

Great value mini PC
A great little pc in a very compact form. Using as a media streamer and for emulators with a 4TB external HDD. Great at this price point.

Good product but issue with soundcard realtek ALC269VC
I tried 3 different headsets (Jabara USB and 3.5 mic jack etc). Everything detects fine in system. You can see them in sounds settings etc but MIC doesn't work. First I though its windows 10 OS issue but I tried even in ubuntu linux, same issue. Some kind of hardware problem.Can you please help me how to get it fixed? Product is good except MIC doesn't work for any kind of headsets.

Jumper EZbox i3 Mini PC is not as described
Hi this is a great computer for the money but be aware that its not fanless as advertised. There is a fan that kicks in when the processor gets to about 60c. Install minecraft on windows and listen for yourself !

Neatest smallest pc
Has been in regular use now for about 3 months with no problems (think it may have asked for a reboot on one occasion). Using it with external hd and micro sd, and bought a usb2.0 extender for it (keyboard and mouse). Setting up was very easy, fan comes on occasionally but you can hardly hear it. Runs my 2560x1440 59Hz monitor perfectly, though I don't do gaming. It's beautiful
