Works in Ubuntu Linux Perfect
The FEITIAN ePass key worked perfectly in Ubuntu Linux. Just search for "ubuntu u2f login", you'll find the Yubico website that has instructions and the udev rules file already includes the code for this key. After that setup, you can use this to login to your computer or when you need to use sudo. I still have to test if this works for the web, but I don't see why it would be an issue. Great price and the products looks like good quality. I only wish the LED light was not on all the time, but that is not the end of the world. Overall very satisfied with the purchase.

Great, but it's frustrating when there's no manual (read below)
It's a nice, small and easy to use security key. But it comes with no manual so initial setup may require some effort. Here's my tip how to use it with Google account (Gmail etc.) - tested on a Mac- Launch Google Chrome- Make sure you setup 2factor authentication (search for 'Google Account', sign in, go to 'Security folder', and setup 2 factor authentication).- If you already have 2 factor authentication set up -- Search for 'Google advanced protection program'- Click 'Get Started'- Sign in to your google account- Click 'Get Started' (again)- Click 'Register Security Keys'- Sign in (again)- Plug in the e28 if not already connected- Click 'Add Main Key'- Follow the wizard- Allocate the security key a name- That's it!So it's easy if you know the steps...If you ask why I bought it, I have a 2FA setup on my google account for years using my phone and SMS, but it may happen than a phone gets lost, damaged, forgotten - so I wanted to have a backup method to sign in to my Google account in an emergency.

Works well if your needs are limited
The difference in Feitian ePass K28 vs the YubiKey 5C nano is actually software. The Feitian software does work but it's a bit technical and it lacks the options that the Yubikey has. It's also significantly bigger in size although it's not that big to begin with. This product supports U2F + FIDO2 as the description says but the Yubikey supports OTP, Fido U2F, PIV, Fido2, OpenPGP, and OATH. It's important to point out that this product has a relatively limited size if you're using it to save a password. The ePass K28 only stores 16 characters (which is not a strong password) compared to the Yubikey that supports 64/65 character if you let the software choose it or 38 characters if you choose it yourself. The Yubico software is much more user friendly. I was able to get the Yubikey working within minutes whereas the ePass took me over an hour before trying to contact non-existant tech support, etc. Also the Yubikey seems to respond more naturally to a long vs short press verses this product. This product works but in practice I find myself doing it a few times before I get the desired outcome from the device.Arguably the YubiKeys are overpriced but the software is also what you're paying for. Unless you're confident that this limited device would work for you, I wouldn't buy this product. I would recommend spending the money for an YubiKey.

No instructions
The key came without any instructions and the online support is poor. It's pretty useless at present.

Doesn't work
It just flat-out doesn't work. I tried it on a number of different websites and received a message saying "this security key can't be used." Total ripoff.
