The EISCO Resonance Box with Tuning Forks and Hammer is an educational tool designed to demonstrate the formation of basic major chords. It features four steel tuning forks with frequencies of C (256Hz), E (320Hz), G (384Hz), and C (512Hz), all mounted on a solid wooden resonance box measuring 11" long, 4" wide, and 2.5" tall. The box includes rubber stoppers to prevent movement during demonstrations, making it an essential resource for educators and sound enthusiasts alike.

Well made but doesn’t quite resonate.
The forks vary in resonance with some not making much sound at all even with a firmer strike.I was hoping to use it to actually demonstrate the forks’ frequencies without holding them up to the ear.I was also hoping to be able to change out the tuning forks with others in my collection for a wider array of sounds but these are tiny (VERY narrow). Standard tuning forks do not fit into the “boots”.Item has been relegated to being mostly for decoration/display.
