Misleading Ingredients – Not What’s Shown in Listing
I’m posting this to warn other pet parents: the product you receive is not the same as the one pictured or described. The listing shows clean tablet ingredients with no artificial sweeteners, but what I actually received is a soft chew loaded with aspartame, molasses, PEG, pork liver powder, and other additives that are not listed in the online product photos. While the active ingredients (D-Mannose, Cranberry, Vitamin C) are the same, the inactive ingredients are completely different and much less clean. This is false advertising and very disappointing, especially for those of us avoiding artificial sweeteners for our dogs. If you’re looking for the cleaner tablet version, this is not it. I had to return mine because the label did not match what was advertised. ALSO AMAZON REFUSES TO REFUND ME FOR THIS TOXIC STUFF.

takes time, keep giving it daily and offer lots of fresh water!
so far so good....my dog likes it do it's easy to give it to him. Seems like the strong urine smell is starting to smell better but its only been a week or so. I do think this is going to fully heal his bladder infection. He had a surgery that makes him more susceptible to bladder infections.

No More Antibiotics Needed!!
My 12 year old collie mix was having to go out much more often than usual, so I ordered this medication. By the time it arrived 2 days later, my girl was showing signs of a UTI. I gave her two of these that night and planned to take her to the vet the next morning, but by morning her symptoms had disappeared! I continued to give her two of these soft tablets daily for ten days. She ate them like a treat. At the end of the ten days, she was well!! Now I give them to her anytime she starts needing to urinate more than usual. No more antibiotics needed so far! NOTE: My Collie mix girl has the MDR1 gene mutation and takes these with no problems at all.

Ingredients not good, 120 chews?
First of all I have been buying this for my first babies a few times. I do not give every day. Did anyone ever count to see if there are really 120 chews? Because I don’t think there are, but I have never counted. The ingredients are not good. Checking for a different cranberry chew. If you give every day think about it.
