how do i get a replacement cartridge?

The rain head and the handheld both run at the same time. How do I get it to run independently?

I turn the control knob all the way to the right to have only the shower head functioning and all the way to the left to use only the handheld.

I am having problems installing the valve and cannot get enough water pressure. Any suggestions?
