I was disappointed too. Poster received is as seen but I did expect the whole picture and it is dark.

The image quality
If you compare this print to the original painting you will see that it is badly cropped at the left, leaving out a significant portion of the picture. Also, it is printed too dark so that things are hard to see. Not the best print to get.
