Success! After many nights of taking what seemed like forever to fall asleep and then only sleeping for a few hours, tried two of these last night and was asleep within an hour. Had already tried several other natural sleep aids this past year, including melatonin CRT and magnesium glycinate, to no avail. Slept straight through six glorious hours (usually awake every two hours for restroom break) and not groggy when I did wake up. According to the Sleep Cycle app, I went through the sleep stages in a much more normal (and healthier!) fashion. Do they taste good? Not necessarily, but as long as you know the taste is sour, like Sweet Tart candy, it’s not bad. At $42/bottle, they’re quite spendy since there are only 90 per bottle and you take two per night, but to me right now, a good night’s sleep is priceless.

This product may work differently for each individual person, so please keep that in mind. This is based on my own experience: PROS •I have been using this for several months now with 100% effectiveness, which honestly surprised me. •It puts me to sleep within an hour and works better than other sleep aides I’ve tried, to include just plain melatonin. •I fall asleep versus waiting hours to fall asleep. Now the CONS: •very sour •does not dissolve in water, even boiling water. I wanted to make it a drink versus chewing it b/c it’s •a hard vitamin •produces, for me, some vivid and crazy dreams some nights. I am happy with this product and will continue using it. My 15-year old son; however, could not stand the taste and how hard the vitamin was.

It was recommended from another Autism Mom. Many autistic kids do not sleep through the night and the melatonin alone does work until it doesn’t. The mix of vitamins help my son sleep through the night.

This stuff does not work as advertised!! This is hands down the biggest false advertisement for a product I have ever seen. I purchased this on advice from a medical doctor for use of the 5 HTP to help with anxiety issues. I took 2 as directed an hour before bed and continued my normal routine. I do not think I have EVER slept worse in my life!!! I am laying here in bed wide awake at 2:00 am after tossing and turning all night with only 4 hours of sleep. I read all the other reviews and saw some negative (which I now know regret not listening to) but decided to try this anyways since it was recommended by my doctor and since I never have an issue with sleeping up until last night. The manufacturer of this should be ashamed charging people $40 and then not allowing returns like some back alley drug dealer. This product deserves Zero stars and should be taken off Amazon entirely to keep others from wasting money! Be warned this stuff does not put you to sleep, but it will give you the worst nights sleep you have ever had along with a pounding headache due to lack of sleep.

So here's the lowdown on this product. I wanted to try it because it was natural and not addictive. First thing I liked about it is, because it's natural, there's no hangover the next day so, when you wake up you wake up. I take it and I fall asleep within 30 minutes. I take two as suggested. Before finding this product I was up every hour on the hour and would lay in bed for 5 hours waiting to go to sleep. Tired but not able to go to sleep. I did not want to be on an Rx drug because it's hard to get off of them and there are so many side effects. So far I have had no side effects. If after using this product for more than a couple of weeks I will revisit the site and if I have any change in opinion I will post it but I would gladly recommend this product to anyone who struggles to go to sleep and stay asleep. Those were my issues and they have both been resolved. No more tossing and turning flip-flopping around like a fish on the ground I go to sleep and pretty much stay asleep all night. Last of all ,before, I'd wake up needing to run to the restroom a minimum of six times a night. Since I started using this product, occasionally I might have to get up once a night, but for the most part I have not been getting up at all to use the restroom. I hope you all are blessed with the same good results I have gotten.

Very tasty. But I woke up after 4 hours of sleep with a headache. Figured just a coincidence, so tried again the next night. Headache again. Not for me I guess.

only product that works besides ambien and isn’t overloaded with high amounts of melatonin. try it.
