Included secure strap thumb screws are M6 (too large for my Yamaha P85). It uses M5 screws.
Good rack as a last minute solution. Easy setup and take down. Sturdy enough. My 88-key weighted keyboard means I must use the secure straps, otherwise it slides off the arms as they have no stop ledge. The included thumb screws for the secure straps are M6, which were too large for my used Yamaha keyboard. A quick trip to the hardware store for some M5 thumb screws was required.

Pyle, a name you can trust.
Bought as a gift for my daughter who had a large keyboard for years with no stand. This Pyle stand is easy to assemble, heavy duty construction, has adjustable height for sitting or standing and safety straps underneath. It is not tippy and seems like it will outlast the keyboard. Pyle, a name that does not disappoint.

Worth the investment
5 stars on everything. I was going to go with one of the less expensive alternatives, because I am mostly a guitar player and only getting back into playing keys after 20 years off. But I am really glad I picked this very nice quality stand instead. Just taking it out of the box, I could tell everything was well machined and the design would suit my needs. After a quick review of the supplied diagram, I had it together in 4 minutes. The stand is set at 29 inches high and I use a 22 inch stool to play. It is very comfortable for me, a six foot tall man and the leg room is roomy to say the least. It's also adjustable for my 5'4" tall daughter. The keyboard on it is a Casio wk-7600, which is a 76 key work station that is 46" in length and weighs about 19 pounds. The stand holds it perfectly with room to spare. I have no doubt that it could accommodate a much heavier keyboard or synth and also one with 88 keys. It's also portable. There are cheaper choices you could make, but if this is going to hold a fairly expensive keyboard then the cost is totally worth the assurance that this stand will not tip, wobble or otherwise mess up your keyboard. PS: didn't think I would use the headphone hook, but it's pretty handy. Nice touch.

May need additional hardware for certain keyboards!
I purchased this stand for my YAMAHA EZ310 keyboard. Out of the box it is mostly put together. It comes in three pieces that easily screw into the other with use of thumbscrews. It only took about five minutes to have this stand setup and ready to use. It definitely has a heavy-duty feel to it but not too heavy where it can be moved and placed elsewhere rather quickly and easily. The height adjustment is regulated on both the outside bars and can be quickly adjusted up and down for preference. Once the thumbscrews are properly tightened this stand offers very reliable stability with or without the keyboard. The attached headphone holder is not the best as far as stability and I would not call it heavy-duty, but it is convenient and accessible and does what it is intended. The reason for the four stars is because the M6 thumbscrews that come with the straps that allow you to secure your keyboard in place to the stand itself did not fit my keyboard. (YAMAHA EZ310). Therefore I am unable to safely use my keyboard stand for its purpose until I can acquire the appropriate size thumbscrews that my keyboard requires, which are M5 according to YAMAHA’s website. This delay in utilizing my stand is disappointing. Pyle should include optional sizes for their straps for this exact reason. If I knew this ahead of time I would have purchased the thumbscrews with the purchase of my stand so that I would not have to go through the hassle of researching the requirements and then ordering- which easily could have been included and saved a lot of time. Other than that it’s a good value for the price I paid (approximately $50) as I foresee this being an excellent long term investment for my loans keyboard playing needs.

The stand is awesome.
The keyboard stand is awesome, strong, built very well. Only one issue and this isn't a big problem but the screws provided to attach the straps that hold the keyboard safely on the stand were too big for the holes on my keyboard. Like I said not a big deal, everybody's got one of those drawers in their house with screws of every size lol.

EXCELLENT STAND. Exhibits NONE of the common 1 star complaints.
I looked for commonalities in the 1+2 star reviews and found several. Without getting into detail, my unit exhibited absolutely none of them. It came factory sealed, in excellent shape, with all advertised hardware. Like many others, I have a Yamaha keyboard, and the safety straps could not be used with the supplied screws/knobs. They are too large for the Yamaha holes by about 1 size...be that metric or imperial, likely the former. Got a hardware store nearby?...grab what you need for under $5 and enjoy your very nice stand for cheap $. Or skip the safety straps altogether. Unless you have a mosh pit near your keyboard, or you have it adjusted WAY too wide, your keyboard aint gonna fall off, even of you accidentally bump into it. And look at it this way, even if you do have the straps secured, what do you think is gonna happen to your keyboard if you knock the stand over with the keyboard "secured" onto it? Silly, right? That's like having a guitar stand that locks your guitar in....but then you knock the whole thing over and are confused as to why your guitar sustained damage. Unpacking and assembly took less than 10 min. You're probably going to spend more time figuring what height you want your keyboard at (try the 6th hole from the bottom) then assembling all TWO knobs and washers. It's RIDICULOUSLY EASY to assemble. The stand is PLENTY stable for any keyboard you're gonna put on it, assuming you play even remotely like a civilized human. I swear people are expecting the stability of a grand piano. I'm happy I went with this brand and didn't pay more for any of the identical looking units marketed under different brand names.

Great and Sturdy
First off, the Z design is a game-changer. It’s not just for looks—though it does look impressively sleek and modern—but for stability. No more wobbles or shakes during those intense solo performances. This stand holds your keyboard steady, allowing you to focus entirely on your music. The reinforced structure feels rock-solid, giving you the confidence to play with passion and vigor. The adjustable width feature is a masterstroke of design genius. Whether you're playing a compact 61-key or a full-size 88-key keyboard, this stand adjusts effortlessly to fit. It’s like having a custom-made stand for every instrument you own. Adjusting the width is a breeze, and once set, it locks firmly in place, so you can pound those keys as hard as you like without a second thought. Folding this stand is surprisingly simple, making it perfect for musicians on the move. It collapses quickly and compactly, ideal for gigging or if you need to pack it away after a session in a multi-purpose space. And despite its sturdy construction, it's reasonably lightweight, so transporting it is hassle-free. This stand is a worthy investment as a professional performer or budding musician. It combines strength, versatility, and ease of use to make you wonder how you ever managed without it. My keyboard has found its perfect partner in this stand—highly recommended!

Super nice synth stand
I only play music for my own pleasure so can't speak to gigging with this, but I absolutely love this stand and can't imagine anyone would have issues with it touring or gigging. Pros: Fast and easy to assemble Very sturdy Adjustable height and width Rubber pads on the arms Padded-screw-in feet so it can be adjusted that way too Straps for those who use straps Headphone rack Cons: For me, none. My synth is vintage and does not have screw holes on the bottom. But don't need them. The stand is sturdy and the 61-key keyboard is completely stable for my purposes. I removed the straps and tossed them in a drawer. Would buy this stand again any day. It's not lacking a single thing I'd want over what it already offers. Well, to get picky I wouldn't have minded upturned tabs at the ends of the arms like the vintage stands had before they went to straps. But it doesn't need it. The keyboard does not slide around in the least. Very happy with this purchase!

Good product with useless screws
I purchased this for my Yamaha keyboard. Easy to set up and very stabile. It is a real good product. It comes with two security belts with screws. The size of the screws is thicker and as a result I can't use it. To secure my keyboard I had to find thinner screws and fixed It.
