Great price and a good product. Getting used to the spray radius with the practice cartridge is essential to safely using the spray so this dual pack is perfect

The test shot stem was shorter and won't function. I'm changing to a five star ! The seller saw my review and sent a new set to me without even letting me know ! Super impressed with seller 5 star

Had a bit of a mix up with shipping but in the end product arrived as expected

The test spray was disapponting
I'm not super confident in the live spray because the test spray was a half second of limp, barely there stream of isopropyl alcohol. The packaging suggests you get multiple brief sprays with the live cartridge so I hope that's true and the test cart was either worthless or faulty.

Great product, Good quality...Replace cartridges yearly
Great stuff, not sure the test vile is worth it but good to understand how it works. This stuff is the real deal with 10 percent heat vs a lot of pepper spray on the market. Do yourself a favor and look at percentages on anything before you buy it. Also you should be replacing the inserts once a year. The Pepper spray units last forever, had them on all our keys for 8 years and they still are great.

Save your money
I purchased the Metro Defender which came with 1 Heat cartridge. I later ordered this pair with 1 Heat and 1 Inert Practice cartridge. The test cartridge performed like others here have stated; It gave 1 anemic burst and then dribbled out. I contacted ASP directly and told them of the problem. They sent another pair of 2 Inert cartridges, neither of which worked at all. I thought I'd try one of the Heat cartridges, so I went outside and, despite the safety being in place, it puked pepper spray on my hand while loading. Not pleasant. What a piece of garbage.

if you bought a key defender for a wife or loved you need this.
I would recommend getting at least a test spray.y wife was nervous about the range and effectiveness of this spray so I bought this kit and let her practice. It offers not only training and familiarity bit also peace of mind.

As ordered...Gave me an idea how much (or how little) spray will be generated by the Key Defender...and HOW CLOSE you'll have to be to utilize this as other than an impact weapon...
