This helped our daughter tremendously with her shots. It helped distract her from the initial pinch. Would recommend to anyone with a kid who has to have bloodwork/shots regularly. Thankfully no more tears & less anxiety at shot time.

My provider suggested this for my 4 year olds Dupixent shots. Haven’t gotten to use it just yet but as soon as we got it she loved it. Let her feel the vibrations to see it’s nothing painful but tea excited to try it with our next shot.

I used this on my 4-year-old and my 10-month-old for their flu shots this year. My four-year-old is always afraid of getting shots and cries a lot. We used the ladybug Buzzy and he did not cry! He said that his shot did not even hurt! He was even afraid beforehand as I told him that I was not sure if or how well the Buzzy would work but work it did! My 10-month-old was crying before we even gave her the shot, and continued to cry but it was definitely less crying than normal, although I do believe that she still felt some pain (her cry changed at the time of the injection and that is why I believe that). The Buzzy comes with two ice pack wings so it is perfect for two uses or two children's shots. My son is no longer afraid of shots! The only reason I am giving this 4 instead of 5 stars is that it is kind of a pain to use. You have to freeze the wings beforehand and bring them to the doctor's office in a cooler to keep them cold. After the first shot, the wings are not cold enough for a second use. Good thing that it comes with two pairs. I was sceptical but decided to order this because our local children's hospital sells them. I am so glad that I did. I went with the XL buzzy just to be safe. They sell a smaller, less expensive version too but I figured since this was only $10 more I might as well get the big one.

Buzzy does a great job of diminishing pain from an injection

I'm 22 and I always hated needles, hyperventilating before and fainting afterwards. I had to get a vaccine to attend school so I bought this. This is the first time I was able to get shot without any trouble. I had a little anxiety at first because it was my first time using it, but after I am happy to say that Buzzy does curve some pain (not all of it) and it makes it hard to pinpoint exactly where the needle goes in if you are not looking. The closer and tighter to the injection site the better. However, the ice pack wings suck, they melt way to fast. Use another ice pack on the area before then trade it for the wings (that you have kept in a cooler) when the nurse arrives with that wrenched stick.

I use this for my daughter's biweekly subq injections that we administer at home, and this has made the whole experience so much more positive! It seems to aid the body's pain relief systems quite well, and I'm so glad I bought it. Would highly recommend for any medical families that deal with frequent injections or blood draws.

My daughter gets regular bloodwork so I’m always looking for things to help that process go smoother. I had a hard time trying to get this placed on her arm above poke site because the turnike is there so I did not put it on. The Buzzby was used to distract her during the poke and after pressing it on her arm and all over her body. Would not recommend based on price and ease of use.

Helped take most of the pain away and was a good distraction. Helped to make my child feel he had some control in the situation.
