This is definitely the best value for the money! I just learned that as I forgot to look at my products ordered and just did a search for it. I ended up ordering what I thought was the same and was a pkg of 2 but, the size was only 2.53 fl oz for $15.27. The kicker is that the other seller was selling the free one that you get sometimes when you buy the Neil Med Saline Rinse of 250 packets. So don't be fooled. I use this so much and it is the only product I use. I use it for travel and the Neil Med Sinus Rinse Morning and before bed. This one to keep the nose moisturized during the day and it even clears your head. Kudos to the seller for selling this at a decent price!

I had purchased this before to clean a new piercing. I was very pleasantly surprised when it arrived with a different spray nozzle that actually puts a little more pressure behind the spray and it's not just a stream of water. This allows me to spray organic material that has stuck to the hoop in my ear off as well as clean the piercing area itself. It's far more effective now and lasts a lot longer because you're not just wasting a stream of water. I was hesitant to buy this again previously but will definitely buy it again now

I've used this nasal spray for years and find it very easy on my nasal passages and a way to keep allergic rhinitis at bay. The only complaint I have is that they recently redesigned the nozzle. The previous nozzle (shown in their picture) was very user friendly, but the new design is extremely difficult for me to use. At my request, they sent me some of the old nozzles, but the lid on the new ones doesn't fit over them. I've been using them anyway and am hoping they'll go back to their former design.

I really like this nasal spray. The last spray I tried sprayed too much solution and the sensation was off-putting. This one leaves a fine mist which moisturizers your nasal passages.

I like and use the Neil Med sinus wash. Sometimes I don’t feel like dealing with that little chore. This spray is a bit tricky at first, but get easier quickly. It is a liquid that must be sprayed up your nose. If you’ve had much sinus trouble, you get used to that. You also need to maneuver to ensure the product contacts your sinuses. It’s pretty easy and the result is almost the same as doing the full wash and can be done quickly. I am very happy with this product.

I bought two extra bottles in June and July 2025. In October I found out that neither bottle would spray anything other than air. Good product when it works. But beware. Check your bottles as soon as you get them. I found out when it was too late to return
