Amazing product. Easy to swallow. It was recommend to me by my physician when I was diagnosed with osteoporosis in the spine. I did not want to take the medication that has a ton of side effects so this was the alternative she gave me. Affordable too.

My son had bone grafting done in 2024. Bone was taken from his hip. I ordered this product for my son to take post surgery. He did not take the pills consistently .A year later, his bone grew back bigger and stronger. Doctor was surprised at how well his bone healed up.

Great product but you need to take 4 capsules a day.

Updated review 08/29/2021 the first few bottles worked but now I don't feel like it's working as much. Have they changed the quality? I was offered to get a free bottle and tried it. My Doctor Recommended Calcium Supplements and vitamin d. The previous bottles but I think there's a change in formula, unsure. I will order one more time but if I feel that the quality has changed from the previous months that I've ordered this then I won't buy again. It was good when I felt a difference but sometimes I think the quality may have changed. I'll update again. Review from June 11, 2021: .. I ran out of my cheaper brand, decided to try something with good reviews. I started taking this for 5 days. I notice I do not have has much pain in my muscles or joints. I am unsure if this is the reason but I am convinced the magnesium and calcium work. Its not too packed with fillers unlike the other brands that's probably why it absorbs more efficiently in the body. Whatever it is I like this product and will keep buying as long as it works. Only thing is the serving is 4 capsules which may be alot but it WORKS for me. I even want to recommend to my parents. I'm in less pain now. I bought these, my Doctor said I needed calcium supplements (women). The other cheap tablets dont work but this Bone Strength works well for the price. !!!!!!

I purchased this supplement because of the price, and because it has many good ingredients in it for bone health. I was able to swallow the capsules without any problem (and I hate taking pills). However - please be aware of how much magnesium you are taking in. Many experts recommend 400 mg or higher for bone health, but they don't tell you that certain kinds of magnesium and higher dosages can cause intestinal problems. After a week or so, I had to discontinue this supplement due to the high level of magnesium. 320 mg is usually the upper limit for most women. If you have trouble, I would look for a different supplement with less magnesium in it.

Definitely feel better since I've been taking these for the past 4 months.
