Good product
It was my second set. The first set didn’t last. But they replaced with no problem. The second set so go so far.

Failed controller. No customer support.
The controller failed after 1 month (all channels/colors). For outside installations you need to seal the controller/strip interface with silicone, and my strip was painstakingly installed under deck fascia, so the product cannot be returned in its original condition. I was hoping to contact the company for a replacement controller, but their is NO contact information for customer support.

Stopped working
I bought these for my daughters classroom and they stopped working right after the return window. A little frustrating
