This was simple to put together. It works great! The temp gets pretty hot and will definitely get you to sweat. I usually have it between 135 and 140. I can't imagine 4 in this without touching each other sitting side by side but it is great for 2. You can lie on the seat ( with knees bent if you are over 5 feet) which makes it very relaxing. I am glad I purchased it!

Just buy one - you won't regret it
We purchased this sauna directly from JNH. We live on the east coast, so shipping took 1-2 weeks - it came from California and was on a truck, so don't expect typical amazon two day shipping on this. Make sure you have someone to help you unload it from the truck. I wasn't ready for how big the boxes were, but luckily my neighbor was outside and gave me a hand. I was able to get it put together by myself, except for the front panel with the windows and glass door - that was heavy!! Ideally, two people would be best to put it together - there were probably a few steps where I wasnt being too safe, but I got the job done! The sauna did come with minor damage - one of the heater wires got pinched and damage the wiring. And the bench got a big gouge in it - right in the middle. I called JNH and they asked that I send some pictures - and there were no problems getting the replacement parts.I am tall, which is why we opted for the 4 person. I didnt want to sit in a sauna and have my knees pressed against the glass. In this one I have plenty of room. Its also nice that my wife and i can be in there together and not be in each others space. Lets get real - its a box that you sweat in, you don't want to be all snuggling up on someone else.As for the sauna itself - WOW! You would think that something that just "snaps" together, it may seem rickety or you would see exposed gaps....this thing is built so well!! It fits perfectly. And the heat is amazing. My wife and i use it all the way up at 140 - and its nice and toasty. I was concerned that an IR heater would get warm but not hot. This thing definitely gets hot....I am usually pouring sweat in 20 mins. Plus the cedar smells so good! Ours isnt as dark as the wood in the picture. Maybe it will darken as the wood ages - but something to keep in mind when you order. The speakers inside are ok - we usually listen to nature sounds so you dont need a booming system. The one thing I dont quite understand - the radio hookup is inside the sauna. Luckily we have an old iphone laying around, but i would get concerned about my normal phone sitting in a 140 degree box for an hour. We have an Amazon Echo just outside so we use that mainly for music while in the sauna. We absolutely love this - its alot of money, but the second it was setup and we stepped inside, all the worries about if we made the right purchase went out the door. Just do it. We researched for a looooong time, and JNH is definitely the best one for the money. Stop thinking about it and just do it!

A surprisingly robust and cost-effective product
I bought this sauna after research and comparison and I have to say that I believe to have picked the by far best product in the market. It was delivered within 10 days - faster than expected and it was very easy to install. All walls come assembled with an easy click-lock mechanism. It took me and a friend 2 hours, but we took it easy and could have easily done it in half the time. It was actually fun to set up to be honest. The heaters work very well. Just make sure to get back rests to lean up against, as leaning against the heaters can be quite a hot experience if you set the temperature to maximum (which I like to do). I couldn't really find any flaws with it. The only recommendation I could give is to prepare ahead by having a NEMA 5-20 20 amp receptacle installed (with in your house with the corresponding 20 amp wiring and breaker. The sauna comes with solid NEMA 5-20 power cord which requires either a 20 to 15 amp extension cord or adapter, or - even better - a NEMA 5-20 receptacle wired to your breaker box with 20 amp cable. I had an electrician come and install 20 amp wiring since my breaker box was in easy reach and it was simple to switch out a breaker to 20 amp (you can get both the wiring, receptacles and breakers at any hardware store). The sauna may not even need 20 amps and it might be possible to just use an adapter, but I went all the way and installed 20 amp wiring. In your own best interest, make sure to check on that before your sauna arrives. Being "20 amp ready" is probably a good idea no matter which sauna you end up getting. On the 4 person JNH Lifestyles Sauna you will find that especially the design, the solid glass door and the number of efficient heating panels will turn it into a wonderful place to relax and detox after a work day. The control panel is simple, solid and easy to use. It looks like it is built to last, with little electronics to break. I have seen saunas with app-based controls via bluetooth or Wifi, but honestly, there is nothing more frustrating than such electronics breaking and malfunctioning. I rather just have a simple and solid panel with the main controls, sealed and tight, like the one in this JNH sauna. I only had the sauna for a month now, but it looks like it is built to last and that is important to me. I am a big wellness and spa "aficionado" and have pretty high expectations to spa products (both in hotels and for personal use at home). This one measured up entirely, something I can't say for all personal spa products I bought and used before.

We bought this sauna directly from JNH Lifestyles. It was shipped extremely promptly - the next business bay. The delivery took a while because the truck route chosen by the common carrier. Then the carrier had to pass it on to a subcontractor to deliver in our local carrier. The driver called us the day of the delivery to tell that the boxes had visible forklift damage. JNH instructed us to refuse delivery. The carrier email them some photographs and they sent another sauna the following day. This one was luckier. It came well packaged in three boxes. Two guys are definitely needed to unload. Only one box (with the glass front panel) is really heavy. I assembled it with two of my friends - I would say at least two guys are needed. The assembly is simple, but you need to pay attention. Two of the heaters have longer cords - they need to be attached on the sides closer to the entrance. The electric cord uses a 20A-120V plug (one blade is twisted 90 degrees). So, make sure you have a 20 Amp outlet where you want to place it - the cord is about 5 ft long and comes out from the bottom of the back on the left hand side (looking from the front) - below the control panel visible at the top of picture. If you are not experienced, get a licensed electrician to put it in (to make sure you have the right wire (12ga) in the wall, and the 20 Amp circuit breaker). The sauna looks gorgeous.
