After a long and exhaustive search, THESE ARE IT! Love love love - esp for long work days! A+
I had to write a review on these after my normally cranky/complainy over insoles hub nearly drove me to madness with the constant whining! Yes I understand long days on your feet suck and it's important to care for your feet / back etc (and have a lot of compassion for that stamina, as I can't do more than 3 minutes of "labor" :) but I literally bought TONS AND TONS of high end insoles and changed them out constantly with zero success. Not only does that get expensive, but handling sweaty/stinky inserts all the time takes a little bit of your soul one sole at a time (groan!) We tried Sof Sole, Air Plus, Spenco Work, and a handful of other "work insoles" - the Spenco ones were not terrible, but he still had foot pain after long days and never really said anything great about them. AND THEN THESE CAME INTO OUR LIVES! I have not stopped hearing the glowing praise for how amazing they are - we are on the 5th discussion about this, I think, which is amusing if not slightly weird/repetitive. Last night I heard a 3 minute speech how "I'm exhausted, but my feet feel great! No leg pain!" Wohoooo - the spell has been broken. What else can I say but the report is that these give much needed all day (sometimes 12-18 hours) support without being overly bulky (they are somewhat thick, may need to go up a half a size unless your normal shoes are roomy, and especially if you wear thick socks.) He wears these with pretty thick thorlos in a roomy work shoe, and they are great. They are really easy to cut to fit (NOTE - to all the people complaining they don't fit, these, and all insoles in the universe ARE FOR MULTIPLE SIZES - a 10-11 is going to be too big for a 10, and will need a bit of trimming. That's how this works :) It gives a bit of an arch support but is not too thick in that area, so should work with most people's feet. They also don't get as gross/stinky/grimy as many others, I do take them out to wash now and then and they have held up extremely well. A little bit of foot powder helps but dont go overboard, and it's more important to wear a good quality non cotton sock! Kind of ridiculous and amazing that something like an insole has made us so happy, but it's the little things, right? I would pay $25 for a pair any day, but got the last batch from a popular shoe online site with a code and paid under $20 - but they are worth EVERY PENNY of whatever you have to pay for them, and will last longer than cheapie ones. +1 for Timberland! Attached a few pictures - hope they help...buy these now - throw all the others away :) UPDATE: Continue to love these and have bought 2 more pairs! A few notes after reading some complaints on these: They are NOT sports insoles - not meant for sharp and sudden movements/activity, which I think some people said they used them for and they didn't hold up - I'd stick with a sports insole for those activity for sure. I saw a photo of someone's very worn out ones apparently after afew months and couldn't believe it - DH goes through 18 hour work days and they never look even half that bad after a long time. Of course if you do wear them every day and do hard, long, hours and/or handle very heavy things they would wear quicker. In that case 3-4 months isn't too bad of a life span for insoles...and with custom orthotics being $500-$800, $25 3-4 times a year is still really inexpensive for the relief they give... For Plantar Fasciitis, you need a very suppportive/firm higher arch (I've been through this and it sucks, I feel your pain!) I'd recommend the "Powerstep Pinnacle Premium Orthotic Shoe Insoles, Flexible Cushioning, Perfect For Alleviating Foot Pain" ones - they have helped my PF SO much and are very comfortable (there is an original version but those don't have the layer of cushion on top and I felt they were very hard.) The Timberland Pro ones do not have enough arch support for PF though, so wouldn't really help for that issue. Hope this helps!

Funky insoles
So you want me to write a review, ok here goes the story . I order the same size as my boot but it was really big, the instructions say you have to cut to fit by putting the old insoles over the new and trace the line but I didn’t have the old ones and it doesn’t provide any template lines to cut. So I returned them for a smaller size, now I know they didn’t check the item before mailing it to me because they sent me one already cut with toe prints on them😆 Now you know I returned those the same day smh. They finally send me the right size but I noticed they looked already cut luckily they had no toe prints this time. so I cut them to my size and the fit was perfect. Gotta say they are pretty thick and comfortable only time will tell how long they’ll last. Oh btw you have to air them out because they have a funky smell straight out of the package 😆.✌🏼 Damn that was long lol.

Great for working on concrete all day
I like timberland pro boots but even if you wear other boots in my opinion these are the best insoles to provide some cushion and anti-shock when walking on concrete all day. There might be a better one but I haven't found it yet. Downside is that they do feel like they sort of wear out as far as how much impact absorption they provide after about 3 months so I buy several a year it's worth it for my ankles and knees.

FIRST REVIEW EVER AND IT'S BECAUSE THEY'RE WORTH IT !!!
So this is the first time I'm writing a review and I've purchased thousands of dollars worth of items from Amazon. I have to say THESE INSOLES ARE FANTASTIC!!! Having larger than average feet is a constant pain. You cant just walk into any shoe store or Walmart and grab some insoles over size 13. Since I wear size 15 work boots I know how hard and time consuming it is to find decent, comfortable footwear. For the most part, we're restricted to the internet and it's a gamble at all times to get it right the first time ( especially if you need something quick ). I'm 6'6" 295lbs and as you can see from the pics, I've torn through the stock insoles in a yr. I love these boots and honestly didnt want to have to look for a new pair when it's really just the insoles that needed to be replaced. The degradation of the stickers made walking around the warehouse intolerable. So, I searched online for some relief. After a quick search and not wanting to waste my time with super cheap insoles that will provide little to no support, I found these. Knowing that the timberland pro line of boots were pretty durable, I took a chance hoping not only would they actually be my size ( again I wear 15s and the chart says 14/15 ) but they would be actually comfortable. I AM SUPER PLEASED ! First off just taking them out the box, I could tell they were already going to be bigger than I needed. I realized though, that was the point. While these can honestly fit a size 16 shoe, they're made to be trimmed down to your specific comfort inside the boot. KEY NOTE !!! use your stock insoles as a slight template and use regular scissors to cut around the edging. DO NOT TRY TO LOB OFF A WHOLE BUNCH AT A TIME ! I almost screwed myself with the first cut of the right foot doing that. Luckily it turned out to need just a few more minor trims at the edges to get it perfect. The left foot took longer with the repeated test fits back in the boot but it's worth the time so you dont cut off too much. In all, it took about 3-5 mins of cutting, test fitting back in the boots and walking around to do both insoles. I do suffer from plantar fasciitis so my boots already had pretty good arch support but, these aren't a drop down from the stockers. In fact I honestly feel these are an upgrade in every sort of level. Its soft yet sturdy. It's not bouncy and it doesn't feel like you're just walking on the bottom of the inside of the boot. You feel like you can walk for hours and wouldn't feel the least bit of foot pain. Your legs will get tired of walking before the bottom of your feet will. I walk 25k-30k steps at minimum everyday just at work so, I really wanted to make sure they felt good. So, I hope I've explained it well enough to give some other shopper in need like I was some faith in these. The price is perfect, I got it with 2 day prime shipping and the product quality is great. Thanks for reading my first review !

I have tried several insoles(including Dr Scholl's) before settling on this one. It is well-made, thick and at the same time soft and cosy. I know it will provide plenty of support for my Timberland Boots.
