Is it 20feet by 20 feet?

This listing is for 20 inches by 20 inches.

I want to use these for patio cushions. Will the resist mold and mildew?

I have made outdoor cushions with similar foam but I think the more important thing is to use outdoor fabric to cover the foam cushions.

How is this for a 300 lb person?

Unfortunately 3 inches won't work for. You would need minimum 6 inches and higher.
