Bought these silicone baking mats for my partner, she loves them and praised we should have bought them a long time ago. It makes baking and heating up food in oven so much easier. The silicone mats are non-stick, so it is easy to wash under the sink. It is perfect for baking cake, cupcakes, cookies etc. I often use the big mats to heat up frozen chicken wings and chips, works a treat. Thanks to the mats are made from silicone, nothing really stick to the mat surface, all it requires after used is a quick rinse under the tap, and then a bit of washing liquid and light scrub and everything will come off. I cannot fault these mats at all, we use both the larger ones as well as the smaller ones quire often, and we had them for over a year now, they still work as per when they were new, we haven't noticed any discolouring, and the mats stay flat on your work counter. Obviously, you could roll them up for easy storage under the worktops. We love these silicone baking mats and would buy them again when they require replacing (if ever). I can strongly recommend this product, hope you will find this review useful.

These are great for pizza dough balling and shaping. With just a touch of flour they really are quite nonstick. Have the added bonus of some measured out diameters, perfect for getting your pizza to the required size. Its easier to get the ready to cook pizza on to your peel too. Quick wipe, roll it up and put it away until the next batch. So pleased bought two, one for the kitchen and one for pizza partys in the garden.

This mat sticks to my work surface as if it were super glued to it! Anything on its topside stays where it is. I've awarded only four stars because all of the information (oven temperatures and weight and volume comparisons etc.) printed on my mat, at least, are more or less unreadable due to blurring. Although this isn't a problem for me as I make these comparisons from a different source, I'm sure that there must be those for whom it would have been one of the reasons why they bought it.It's a little bit naughty to send these out as they aren't wrapped and sealed in a bag so the seller must know of this fault.If being unable to actually read what's printed on it affects you then decide what's most important to you, do you really need to be able to read it or do you want a very stable surface?

An exceptional piece of kit. It adheres to the kitchen surface without moving as you knead and roll out pastry and scones. First use was for ready-rolled puff pastry. It was so useful to be able to use the mat measurements for marking-out four individual squares. I washed the mat in the sink and found it quite awkward to manoeuvre in a small washing-up bowl. Next project - scones. I'm glad I went for the large size - plenty of room to roll out. The mat sticks closely to the worktop so no flour gets under it. This time, I used kitchen roll to push the excess flour into the centre of the mat, guided it from the mat into the bin, then wiped it down with a kitchen sponge and dried it with a tea towel. This is the way forward for all future use. I'm delighted with it. Excellent quality, large, thick, handy measurements, easy to roll up and store. Highly recommend.

I am delighted with this baking mat. My counter tops have a bit of texture to them and I wanted something large and smooth to cope with pastry, scones, bread etc.. This does the job very well; plenty of space and lovely and flat. I did expect it to be a bit thicker but the thickness is perfectly adequate and it rolls up well to store in a drawer. Cleaning it is a doddle, I fold it into 4 and wash each surface then dry it as well as I can - the silicon is 'sticky' - and leave it on the counter to dry properly. I can see a lot of use in the future of this mat.

Mi serviva qualcosa di leggero e che aderisse bene al tavolo per poter impastare, non ho lo spazio adeguato per riporre una spianatoia in legno e così ho optato per il tappetino. Ne avevo già uno molto più piccolo e di un'altra marca e non ero molto soddisfatta, perciò avevo molti dubbi; invece questa si è rivelata un'ottima scelta. Ho acquistato la misura 70 x 50 e mi sono trovata molto bene. Aderisce benissimo al tavolo, è abbastanza spesso ed è facile da pulire. Lo consiglio.

I don’t think it was a genuine leather based on its texture. It felt very rigid and didn’t feel right on my skin. I rarely use it now.
