Super fun hoverboard. My son received this for a gift and he loves it even after having it for a year.

Bought one for my 7 year old son for his birthday. At first he was a little intimidated, but once he got on it, he became good at riding it in about an hour! Said it was his best gift ever! Love he infinity lights on the wheels. Impressed with the overall quality! On the downside, the app leaves a lot to be desired. Once paired, the hover board rings when you get a phone call, so you have to disconnect when not using the app. Changing the board light colors doesn’t seem to work, for example changing from multi color lights to one color. As a result, we don’t really use the app, which isn’t a big deal.

This is not worth the money. It lasted less than 4 months. Was told to take it to a local bike shop and pay for repairs if possible. Don’t waste your money on the product brand.

This hoverboard is exactly what my daughter asked for on her Christmas list! The Galaxy print on the exterior of the hoverboard is vibrant and beautiful. The lights are colorful and fun. The Bluetooth speakers are astonishingly good and really blew my expectations out of the water. It holds a charge well and lasts most of the day. This little thing is also pretty quick! A downfall is the charger can be difficult to plug in. You have to align it exactly right in order for it to work.

The good: The design is thoughtful. They look very nice and the optical illusion that makes it look like the lights go on forever in the wheels is really cool! Hover-1's support is responsive and the build quality appears sturdy. The bad: These only appear sturdy. We tried three of these Hover-1 boards and all three broke within two to three weeks of normal indoor use. Our boys are 12, 10, 8, 6, and 4, and all of them are well under the 220 lb weight limit. They rode it around the kitchen (linoleum) and the family room (carpet) for a total of an hour or two each day and while there was some bumping that went on (into chairs and stools) there were no hard impacts. You can read on for more details. So we started our journey by buying a Hover-1 Turbo hoverboard from Walmart during a black Friday sale. When that broke (the battery side of the board worked still but the other side did not function at all) within two weeks of Christmas with just normal indoor use we returned it and tried the Hover-1 H1-100 from Amazon. It received good reviews and also had app support for the diagnostic utility and a Bluetooth speaker which the Turbo did not. The first H1-100 was black and broke within two weeks of receiving it. Same issue as the Turbo from Walmart the diagnostic utility stated Hall Sensor (Other Side) Fault and everything else showed a status of OK. I reached out to Hover-1 support and they responded within 30 min or so with a confirmation number and then a few days later with a similar response to the one below. Amazon did not have any other black ones available so we tried the galaxy H1-100. That also broke within two and a half weeks of use. We reached out to Hover-1 support again and again received a confirmation within 30 min and the following response a few days later. The response was similar both times: "I'm sorry you're having this issue. It does sound like there is a non repairable issue in your item. Amazon will return or exchange it, per their current policy, and that's the fastest way to get riding again! Due to current operating conditions, we are unable to process warranty exchanges at this time, but Amazon can assist. Thank you for understanding. Please stay safe and be well during this challenging time. Hover-1 Team " The diagnostic utility this time around had a fault on the Phase Circuit of the Motor and everything else showed OK. So in Summary Hover-1 makes really good-looking devices and while I really wanted them to work it doesn't change the fact that we purchased three Hover-1 boards that had non-repairable issues within 2-3 weeks of normal use. We're going to try another brand. This is a nice hoverboard. Our grandaughter loves the celestial pattern and the fact the wheels light up. So far it runs well.

Bought these almost a year ago. My girls mostly ride them through the house, they are quiet and smooth. They have been outside a few times, worked fine. Never had any issues. They light up and my girls do synchronized dances on them. We have never used the bluetooth feature. They charge them once every couple months, but don't ride them every day. It's been a good purchase.
