KAVU Unisex Child Mini Rope Sling

This bag is PERFECT for my everyday needs as a busy mom. I have the larger version as well which is actually a bit too big for daily use, which surprised me because I'm a Mary Poppins mom that has to have literally EVERYTHING with her cuz you never know what you're gonna need when you're out somewhere with kids! I've taken it to the beach as well and it stood up to the sand and a bit of water. Its small but mighty. It holds a really great amount of stuff for it's size and it's really comfortable to wear. Lots of cute patterns and colors to choose from, but I like black because it hides the dirt for the most part haha but I'm pretty sure these bad boys are machine washable as well. The straps are comfortable and they are sewn on in a way that makes me confident that they're not going to come undone, like many bags have done to me in the past. I like that you can wear it on your chest or on your back as well. I clip my keys and headphones to it with a carabiner. I would 1000% recommend these bags to anyone that is on the go and needs a comfy, stylish, safe way to carry their belongings. I have a full size wallet, like those giant zipper wallets that most people use as a purse themselves inside of my bag, I have my glasses, my kids snacks, my phone and giant vape mod, hand sanitizer l, hairbands, bandaids, my giant wallet, and there's still room for more. I've paid way more for bags that were terrible quality compared to this bag. I would say it's definitely worth the money because of how durable it is, alone!

I really like this bag. It's a nice little sling bag and has several pockets so that you can keep things organized. This is NOT a big bag but is large enough for me to carry a 16 oz bottle of water, a few snacks, a power bank, comb, etc. It suits my needs and it's cute.

Seems well made. I should be able to put in a laundry bag and run through the washer so that’s nice. I love the print and colors of this one. I also order mystic range as well. I don’t hate it, but really wanted the background color to be black instead of blue. I’m still disappointed the pocket with the Velcro flap is much too small for my already small phone, but that’s ok. The strap seems like it should be ok for carrying. I’ve asked other people with these bags and they say it’s very comfortable. Should be easy to clean, I don’t see any padding. The strap is rope. You probably could fold it, but it is certainly not designed to be folded from what I can tell.

I use this as a small diaper bag for my toddler when we are out and about. There is enough room for my wallet and phone on the right side. The larger left pocket I use for 2 diapers, wet wipes, and several snacks. There is a small Velcro pocket I put keys in. And the last pocket I use for a set of kid sizes silverware/bib. Lightweight and crossbody style makes chasing a toddler around easier. Nice material and comfortable strap, one of my favorite bags- very versatile for its size.

I wanted to give this bag a 5 star rating but had to give it a 4 because of the small pockets on the front. This bag is a great size for me since I don't like to carry a big pocketbook. I love everything about it except that the pockets on the front are very small. The top one is very narrow. I could barely get my sunglasses in it and my glasses are small. The bottom pocket zips and I can just get my phone in it. I have an iPhone 6 which is smaller than most phones. Any bigger phone would not fit in the outside pocket. The bag is very well made and sturdy and they have so many patterns to choose from. It's a really cute bag and it is a great size for me just wish the pockets on the front were just a little bigger.

I’ve had the regular Kavu rope bag (full sized, canvas) for years and LOVED it. I got tired of feeling like I was carrying luggage for everyone (I’m a mom! 🤷🏼‍♀️) so ordered the mini pack. The print is WAY TOO ADORABLE & the inside is light pink! I was able to put everything in the mini that I was carrying in the regular, minus 4 ink pens and small pack of tissues-unbelievable 😳! My regular bag is canvas. It was terribly faded after almost 6 years of use and abuse, and started getting tears. It was super comfortable to carry, just noticeably heavier than the poly material of the mini. It was also filthy and you’re not supposed to wash them so 🤷🏼‍♀️. The poly is easy to wipe clean with a cloth or baby wipe. It’s also water resistant, which is huge! The mini is 1/3 the size of the regular(pictured side by side). I still carried the same things, but it was ridiculously complicated to get my wallet and checkbook out of the zipper on the mini. Like, it literally frustrated me! The rope strap on the mini was an issue for me. It’s 3 ropes and they’re way thinner than on the regular-the regular is 4 thicker ropes. It hurt my collar bone and actually left red marks! The regular sized Kavu was so much more comfortable to carry, even when shopping or on vacation with everyone’s extra things added inside. Also, the mini slides up and whacks me on the back of the head when I bend over and the regular never has. With the mini, you can only carry what you need instead of what you pick up along the way. Both are excellent bags, but I’m passing the mini on to my daughter for her 8th Birthday and am looking forward to my new full-sized Kavu coming in the mail next week! Can’t go wrong with either bag, it just depends on your lifestyle.

Great bag! Kids are done with diapers and I wanted something smaller but still big enough for a snack or small toy. Love it and hands free.

Disappointed with color. Looks more like hot pink than red

The bag is perfect. I love the colour/pattern better than the photo. I chose Ocean Potion, a little different pattern than the photo as it is a quite random pattern, sort of like tie dye. Very nice quality. I really like the look of the ropes as the strap. Also very comfortable. Perfect size. And fits my iPhone 15 perfectly in the small front zipper pocket.
