I'm not a huge proponent of protein powder, but I'm trying to increase my protein intake and this is the easiest way. I can't tell you how many times I've purchased protein powder over the years, and ended up dumping in the trash due to the bad taste. This brand's chocolate-flavor protein powder is AMAZING. I love it so much that I would choose this over most anything I consider a cheat or a treat. I do like dark chocolate, so I'm guessing this isn't too sweet. If you love sweet stuff, you may not be as impressed as I am. As for mixing, I pre-mix 3 days' worth with a strong electric handheld mixer and pour into sports bottles, so I don't notice if it blends well just by shaking. I've mixed it in with my Greek yoghurt, and it mixes fine for that. The most important part for me is the taste and I couldn't be happier. Please buy this so they stay in business :)

This protein powder makes me really happy. I have multiple food allergies (grains, beans, nuts, seeds, potatoes, yeast, shellfish) which make finding a protein powder I can use nigh impossible. I poured 2 cups of water in my blender, started it up and tapped in 2 scoops of this awesome stuff, then drank it up with a straw. Yummy. Not too sweet. No taste of beef. I was worried it would be like bacon chocolate, but I taste nothing like that at all. Just chocolate-y protein. I did not like it blended on high - low blender speed only. Otherwise, way too foamy. Ditto for ice. Perhaps pour it over ice after blending if you need it cold? Also, don't even try shaking it. You will get about 30% of it as floating damp lumps.

Very high sodium, low protein density, high fats. Borderline dangerous for someone with hypertension. Check label before buying. Protein is also not isolate. Bottom of the barrel stuff at Gucci prices.

This is by far my favorite paleo protein. It's tasty cold or warm and does not leave a strange protein taste like other paleo proteins do.

I was looking for a protein powder that fit my low-carb diet, and this one was recommended by my trainer. I actually like it better than most other protein powders I’ve tried — it doesn’t taste chalky or overly artificial. The chocolate flavor mixes easily, even in a regular shaker bottle with a metal ball. Just be careful when blending because it can get quite frothy on its own. Overall, it’s smooth, easy to drink, and genuinely palatable — which can be hard to find in a protein powder. I’ll definitely be buying this again.
