Easy to assemble, and I like that they included a few extra screws and washers for "just in case." ;-) Very comfortable chair, good back support, and it seems durable enough for use every day.

This chair is not worth the money at ALL. I’ve only had mine for a couple of months and the shock on it is already worn out. It will lower down on its own multiple times a day; very frustrating. I already had to order a new one and this one isn’t even 5 months old..

Arrived late. No news there. On the good side its fairly sturdy, rigid plastic arms, plastic netback, and comfortable seat - so far. Not sure how long this will last - its cheap. Made cheap and sold cheap. As I said you get what you pay for.Bad side. The footrest metal ring has a metal friction plate embedded in the central bushing that controls what position you want the footrest to well - come to rest. The friction plate is behind a rubber seal and a plastic knob with a 14mm bolt is driven through a welded nut on the outside of the bushing. So far so good. BUT! The nut was not cleared of weld debris and so the thread will not allow the knob/bolt to press against the pressure plate to hold the footrest in place. Slack - very slack! So I tried to fix without a tap and totally stuffed the thread. Lucky for me I have long legs so the footrest is loose but in a place, I can use it. Normally I would return the whole lot label it as crap - but I kept it to see how this travels. Ill be reporting back on this review to report how long this thing lasts. So at least un-suspecting buyers are well informed. Watch this space....

Purchased these for my office and my staff absolutely love them. So comfortable and that height is perfect for our counters.
