pros, works fast, pleasant taste. dosage is 4 sprays, i take 2-3 in the morning. clearer thinking, better concentration, more alert, without getting " jittery " cons, once you open the bottle, effectiveness goes down within a month or so. i keep mine in the fridge - maybe it will last longer. been using this for several years, will continue to do so

Actually works- my blood labs show the change in B12 and this absorbs much better than a tablet.

I love this stuff. It tastes good and it gives me great energy throughout the day and I need my B vitamins anyway. It’s super simple and you just spray in your mouth and swallow.

So far seems as good as the brand has always been. When I got it though some of the medicine have leaked out even though it appeared to be sealed. So I don’t know exactly what happened there.

Have bought this a second time, I’m noticing energy increase. I’ve been taking a record twice a day of my supplements along with my long walk activities, blood pressure, heart rate and weight. If I take this before my evening walk I can climb the stairs at the exit route easier. My records are showing this benefit.

Great tasting product but found the initial opening of bottle a bit tricky but mastered it eventually. I love and trust all of Dr Mercola's products and trust him more than my GP

Felt so much better, less pain on movement. Just wish these products were not so expensive.
