Mr. Peanut's Collapsible Silicone Camping Bowl with Lid & Foldable Fork

If you are on the go and/or travel a lot like me, this is the bowl for you. It’s also great for camping. It packs up nicely, has large capacity, feels sturdy in your hand and washes up good. Love the folding utensil! I personally wouldn’t use it in a microwave and it isn’t leak proof, but it’s still a great option when you need to save space, but still want to bring your own dish somewhere. Great product and a happy buy.

I bought this for day camping trips either Motorcycle, Bicycle, Hiking, Kayak or Canoe. It worked very well the first two times I used it for Ramen Noodles. The third time I used it, I added the water, Microwaved it and then added the noodles. When I opened the microwave door the bowl had collapse down and noodles spilled out. I am guessing it became to hot and the memory of the silicone allowed it to fold back down. I am not dissapointed, it was a test. It fits into my pack well, the lid seals well and it a nice additon to my Day Camping Trips.

We bought 2 bowls with lids for camping and very pleased with the material, size, and function. Excellent product and customer service. Mr. Peanut has emailed twice to let us know our order was on the way and after we received our order to be sure we were pleased with their product. First time that has ever happened on an Amazon order and it was very reassuring.

I pack this along with some instant soups and oatmeal when I travel - even in a nice hotel I like to have my own food handy so I’m never stuck without. I haven’t had this too long (a few months) so I can’t speak to how it lasts over years etc.

I was looking for a fold-able/collapsible bowl to replace an old RubberMaid one that I had. When I got this, well..., it was collapsible, but the sides weren't very strong. If you blew hard at the sides it would bend. My older Rubbermaid was very stiff and strong, but I can't find it anymore. This one does an okay job, but do NOT rely on it for strength. I'll be looking for a different one.

Got this to use for travel ramen: just add hot water. Other silicone bowls I've seen have collapsed too easily/were very shallow, but this one is super deep and holds up nicely. Folds flat, and the lid traps steam and heat. One thing is that this is not meant to be used as a Tupperware container, the lid does not 'lock' into place, but that's what Ziplocs are for.

If you don’t mind eating out of a dog food/water bowl then it’s worth the cost. Nice flexible silicone and the stopper can be pulled out so you can microwave soups and stews with the lid on. Helps keep the microwave clean. Holds a large amount. I found it a little tacky that the seller thought by adding the fork they could convince people this was made for humans, but the dog bone and dog silhouette on the bottom of the bowl gave it away. Still, works good and easy to take to work and cook my lunch in it. Cleans up easy as well.
