A rich and dark soy sauce.Very high in sodium, 1300 mg per tablespoon, but that's to be expected with a rich soy sauce.Best used in moderation as an an adjunct to other seasonings.Convenient unbreakable plastic jug saves pantry space and can be decanted into a smaller container if desired.Requires refrigeration after opening.A good value when offered at about $15 at the time of our order.

This is my go to soy
I really like this "heavy-duty" soy sauce. It's not all watery like the store brands are. You can use less and still get MORE flavor into whatever you're cooking or eating.

Where's the quality control??
This would be five stars except it got shipped WITHOUT A LID!!! That would be fine if I used it all at once but....that's not the case.

Best tasting but hard to find locally
Had bought it when abroad and liked it but not readily available in neighborhood markets. Glad to find it on Amazon.
