One size does not fit most. Super tight and feels like it will cut circulation off. Not for us.

Size is more for a woman or child but very padded
Very padded and comfortable. I do have a very thin arm and it was somewhat tight, so really more for a woman or child

Sleeve is wonderful, cuffs make them unbearable to wear.
The padding is very comfortable, but the cuffs are too tight. I recently had ulnar nerve release surgery and needed something to protect my elbow from pressure while sleeping, the padding does this very well, if I lay on my back with my arms by my side, my hand doesn't go numb from pressure on the surgical site, which is still a bit swollen. But the cuffs are so tight that they hurt after an hour or two, wake me up, and leave sore red pressure dents around both above and below the sleeve.. I have skinny arms, 10" above the elbow and 9-1/2" below. The sleeve itself fits perfectly. But the cuffs are so tight that I cannot wear this for more than an hour or two. I am going to try to cut the cuffs off and see if I can make this thing usable. I won't buy again.

Very stretchy and comfortable to where.
I got these for grandma to protect her elbows when she leans on the table setting puzzles. She loves them. Ordered her two more sets.

One size does NOT fit most
This could have been great but I don't know who "most" is. Someone with super skinny, tiny arms. I don't think it would fit a large child. Very disappointed.

Way too tight and cuts blood to lower arm I ended up cutting a diabetic sock in half and it works perfectly.

If you are at all overweight or have heavier arms pass on these - they are cut small. Also the foam on the inside is quite substantial and attached so you cannot remove it.

Description says size fits most. I bought it for my husband but it won't even squeeze over my skinny arm. Maybe a child could wear it.

These elbow protectors are very thin and the fabric pulls easily and then unravels quickly
