I don’t taste this when I mix it with water. 3-5 drops in a 16oz water bottle and it’s a done deal. I am not a big fish eater. I supplement with fish oil products and iodine as needed. No complaints with this liquid iodine plus. Great value fast shipping and should last 6mo or more. It’s worth a try.

I use this once or twice a week a few drops on my high legume plant based diet to offset phytates excess to boost my thyroid.

I grew up on a large dairy farm and iodine was something we used ALL the time for medical applications on the animals as an antiseptic. There is NO MISSING the smell of iodine. Once you smell it, you never forget it and there is NOTHING like it either. I received this bottle today and cracked it open. It smells exactly like iodine and when I added 2 drops to a 12 ounce glass of water.......... it tastes like real iodine. Even the two drops are enough to add a small amount of flavor to your water. It is very drinkable, but for some (a small number I believe) it will be a little too much. Add it to something like coffee or milk or strong food. I am happy with the product and feel I have received the real thing in a proper package to serve up an accurate dose of iodine. Highly Recommended.

Ended up getting this refunded and I tossed it. I purchased this to test for the presence of starches and sugars. It should have changed color when it was applied to a known starch, and it did not. I tried multiple times with different starches and not one of them changed color at all. I would be suspect that it was a placebo or was damaged somehow. Will look for a different brand.

This is awesome. No additives and can take by mouth. I thought iodine was sweet but no, this is the real thing. Taste is what it is but not bad at all. The sweet taste in the other products was glycerin and that is a sugar alcohol which messed with my abilities to lose weight. I drop it right on my tongue. If you put it into water, I doubt you could taste it because it’s not strong on the tongue. I take 6 drops but only start with what is recommended. Iodine can cause heart racing if it is not meant for you to takes that much. I started with one drop and advanced one extra drop each week until I didn’t feel tired any more. Too many drops will make you tired too. I did this under the care of a holistic doctor. I started with a different bottle and when I learned of this one being pure, I switched with no problem.

Disappointed in the so called pink salt diet.
