Can the lightbulb be changed?

It does not look like the bulb can be changed.

Can they be used for a dartboard?

I dont think they're bright enough for a dartboard. Yes, they provide light but......?

How do you turn the timer off

With the batteries fully charged, the lights will stay on (usually 2 hours or less depending on battery condition) or until you turn them off. I use the timer to control the length of time I use them. This helps to extend battery life. As the batteries wear down the lights will shut off sooner, automatically. That way, next time you need them they will light up. They are not meant to turn on and stay on indefinitely. If that’s a concern buy plug in lights.
