Excellent quality
I bought a new faucet for my wife's kitchen sink and the threads were messed up (probably banged up during production, brass is kind of soft) on it right out of the box. Rather than return the item and wait for a new one, I got this die, chased the thread to the correct size and installed it with no problem. Took two days. Excellent quality, worked as advertised. Would recommend.

Outstanding quality. Due to space limitations I had to grind 6 flats on the OD and use a socket. i was amazed how much force I could apply without damaging the pipe die.

Way oversized
Die cuts well but is way oversized. The adjustment screw which allows adjustment to a slightly larger tolerance is actually unnecessary in this case, I couldn't even compress it enough in the die stock to get even an H3 fit. My plug gage rattles around on it it is so oversized and my ring gage won't even thread onto a threading performed with this die. Waste of money, you'd be better served buying a similar priced item from an actual machine tooling supplier for about the same money.

If you want the best tap available, then this is it! Highly recommend it for your toughest work and will last you forever!

cheap die
worked however its more brittle than my other dies and some of the trailing edge teeth have chipped off on 1 st use

This item was used to thread Stainless Steel Pipe and completed the 10 pipes required without any signs of wear. Very good product.

Wrong size, shoddy quality. They sent me a 1/8" NPT made out of (unfinished, non-hardened) high carbon steel. There were a lot of burrs which would dig in to pieces unnecessarily, and to make things worse, when I sent it back to receive a replacement/refund, they just ignored me. Do NOT buy if you want high-speed steel, or need a 1/16" die. I understand that buying chinesium can disappoint sometimes, but this was just ridiculous. At LEAST send me a crappy version of the right part...
