The machine had a few smudges on it like it was used already. Upon attempting to take in the first pair the machine broke. Review: Not an easy product to use! - This was not easy to use. Ending the stitches is nearly impossible! I’ve watched countless videos trying to get help, but it’s a chain stitch & comes unraveled easily. I’m a decent seamstress, far from expert, & could never get it to work.
