Will my sig p365X fit in this pouch?

I’m not 100% sure but I don’t believe it will. If it would fit, it would be difficult to remove. This pouch is for smaller gear. Keys, cell phones etc

will it hold a littman cardiology III stethoscope?

I googled that and I am guessing this is a doctors stethoscope? I don't see why not? Obviously nothing is guaranteed. I am a semi truck test driver for an engineering firm. I originally bought this to use in the military but instead ended up using it at my civilian job. In it I keep two spare USB batteries, a multiport USB 12 volt charger and three different USB charging cables (a standard apple charging cable and two different android cables). We have tablets and other data recording devices the engineers use to record data from the trucks computer(s) as well as the standard mandatory DOT ELOGs every truck driver has to have. So sometimes depending on the model semi truck we are testing, there's just not enough USB connectors to power everything. There are two clips on the sides of the pouch to allow you to expand it for more room.

Can it hold ipad mini 6 ?

I have this pouch crammed with a 25 person,1st aid kit. So, I feel confident that most any ipod, will fit in this pouch I had used it prior for an ipod touch, along with a solar battery, an iphone 6, and an array of charging cords/blocks/ear buds/etc without the pouch being crammed full This is a very versatile, and highly functional pouch I hope this has been helpful
