Itʻs great... but...
I love that this light does its job so well. However, the 15 & 30 minute timer on mine never worked. itʻs not that huge of an issue, but it would be nice if it worked as stated. The plexiglass cover cracked and fell early on and is now long gone to the garbage. Overall, this is a good product.

Works as well as the expensive ones, if not better.
So always hard to review something like this because how as an average consumer am I supposed to know if it actually worked? I mean it turned on and the timer worked but does it sanitize the room? One thing I will say is that we bought this one and one that was over $100. Both worked but this one when it was done, the room smelled different. It smelled a bit chemical like I guess is my best explanation. The other light it didn't do that. So I am going to say that it did actually do what it claims....hopefully. lol

Safe and effective way to disinfect an area that has adequate ventilation
During the height of the pandemic, I looked into buying a germicidal lamp, but of course they were quadruple the price with wait times of several months. There seemed to be little point, but the idea stayed with me and so when the price came down, I bought this one. Mildew is a constant problem in our shower in spite of constant cleaning and I thought this might be a good, non-invasive way to get rid of it. The UV light alone would be lethal, but it wouldn't penetrate deep into mildew and so I opted for the model that produces ozone. Setup is simple - you just plug it in, close the door and push the button on the included remote to set the time. If you dare to look, you'll see that a light on the unit flashes for several seconds to give you time to get away from it, and then the UV light comes on. After it's done, there is a very strong odor of ozone that can persist for days if not ventilated, so I would definitely not use this in a room that doesn't have adequate ventilation. Simply leaving a window open overnight is enough to clear the smell in the room. The important thing is that it works. After a 30-minute treatment, the mildew peels right away when hosing the shower down. It isn't perfect, but it makes it much easier to clean the tile and to keep it clean. I new use this lamp a couple times a month to keep the bathroom clean and fresh.

Over all review from my perspective
After reading reviews I figured I would wait a few weeks before reviewing. So far I’ve used it in total about a dozen times. And as long as you plan your hours out. the ozone smell can be tolerated just don’t go home for 3-4 hours after it’s off. I leave fans on and a slight window crack. Makes it better. I also noticed the ozone smell gets not as intense over using it more. Only thing I wish is to have some test strips to know if it is actually working…. First night of use in bedroom. Everyone slept better. Could have been coincidence tho not sure…. But overall I am satisfied. Only thing I would say is buy test kits cause the “banana” test is to Annoying and if your like me and don’t hAve time to test bulb. Then test kit or I’ve been looking at more expensive ones that detect the uvc with a electronic tester…... Other then that so far I am enjoying it! And FYI the coil is noticed are white on both sides I’ve seen this in other videos so I think that is normal I have not noticed problems. Prolly just the electron reaction to the bulbs functionality.

Great disinfectant after Covid episode
This little UV light system did a fantastic job at cleansing all areas of my home after a visitor exposed us to Covid19. It had to be used separately in each area with a door...behind the door. But the room certainly smelled clean--almost TOO clean-- when the unit was done running and I waited another hour before I opened the door to the room. I went in, opened an outside window, took the UV unit out of the room, and let the room "breathe" fresh air for another hour. This process was repeated for each area with a door. For large open areas, I followed the directions and removed plants, etc. as directed, turned on the unit for an hour, then left the house and returned in a few hours. When I returned, I opened outside windows and again left the area (it's Winter here and cold) for another hour. When everything was aired out, I replaced all the bedding and towels which had been removed and laundered in very hot water before I used the UV light unit.I would highly recommend this unit to others who want to be sure their living quarters are clean after someone has been ill...be it a bad cold, flu, Covid, or any other contagious infection.

This is the one you want!
I am in love with this light. I actually purchased 3 of them. (I live in a 3 level home) I tested this product with a UVC indicator, it registered UVC. I have a 4 year old, a 10 month old and 4 dogs. My home has never smelled like animals and I am able to feel comfortable that my toddler can crawl on our floors even with animals. This product does an amazing job of destroying orders of any kind. The ozone feature is the best! With the issues present with COVID I am able to sanitize my home before and after anyone comes by. When selling items online I sanitize the items and wrap them up. My husband and I decided to rent a home in Colorado for a get away... I am bringing it with us to sterilize the home ourselves before we get comfortable in the home. I have even used it in my car. I am in love with how easy it is to do a good job cleaning up an area big or small. This is the one you want!

Great UV light, I think!
I have been using this light almost daily if not weekly in the house, not sure if it's working (how does one know if it is working?). The only drawback I can see is the ozone odor produced by the light. It's almost mandatory to have an open window and a fan blowing in the room as the light works, as the ozone odor is quite overpowering. I see other UV lights at barns, grocery stores and even hospitals, and they don't produce the ozone odor. What's the difference. Is this light doing more harm than good? I am not sure.

Makes thw room smell horrible but works
When using you definitely have to air the room out afterwards. if that is an indication of it working then it is doing fantastic!
