Bitter taste

Great buy, great price, dark Cocoa powder that's so smooth and easy to dissolve in warm milk, gives great aroma, taste and texture. It's dark color chocolaty Cocoa but it's not that bitter at all. I've tried many but this tops. Thank you so much Amazon
