If this is a FACE PRIMER why are reviews for an EYE SHADOW primer?

Sadly products are gather under one listing. Kinda like coffee bean flavors. So with this listing, one might choose one product like the tinted face primer and give a product review for that particular product yet you searched for eyelid primer and when reading reviews you see all reviews for every product available to choose from. This is why you should really read reviews carefully. Because any negatives may be more about one particular product and positives on another. So the one you’re interested may not have many negatives yet it may look like it if you initially see a 4 star or 3 1/2 review from the product listing page as you scroll. I truly wish Amazon would list products singularly to avoid this confusion or at least only show reviews for THAT product you are looking at. Hth

It doesn't look like it. Both here on Amazon and on the Elizabeth Mott website, ingredients are listed as: Dimethicone, Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Methyl Trimethicone, Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Silica, Tocopheryl Acetate, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexyl Salicylate, Triethoxycaprylylsilane, may contain +/- Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Iron Oxide (CI 77491).

Has anyone had trouble with rubbing it onto face only to find it flakes or crumbles?

I have not had a problem with it, I use a moisturizer first then wait about 2 mins then apply it. It goes on very smooth and like silk. I love it, use it every time before I do my makeup.
