At first it was tricky setting up the device using the instructions provided, but once configured the device works as advertised. So far I have been able to block the most annoying tellemarketers that constantly call, so I am very happy with the device and the price is very good too.Very Good

keypad doesn't work half the time & requires unplugging from the powered telephone line. blocked numbers survive the power-off but you lose the datestamp. nice idea but cheap parts

Works very well. No more annoying unwanted calls. Highly recommend. Easy to install.

Received unit with a poor instruction sheet and it is not intuitively easy to set up and use all its advertised functions.There are also discrepancies between what is advertised and what the claims on the box say.

my calls went down but they're some r still getting thru

I installed this unit in series as well as parallel on every telephone as well as fax machine in my house. It doesn't work. It won't display incoming numbers, it won't block anything and was a complete waste of time and money. Stay as far away from this unit as possible. AT&T landline service.

This is the best thing that I have bought in a long time, it just block all calls that you do not like by the push of a button. The price is better then HSN, and it works the same way. Thank you Birger
