I’m really impressed with this UGREEN USB-C to Ethernet Adapter because it’s solid and well-built without feeling bulky, offers excellent value for money with durable materials that feel premium, provides a fast and stable 1G connection every time, plugs in perfectly with no extra setup required, works seamlessly with my iPhone 17 Pro Max, iPad Pro, and laptop, and is compact and portable while delivering reliable wired internet exactly as advertised, making it an essential accessory for anyone needing fast, stable connectivity on the go.

Excellent speed and solid build quality
Great adapter—plug and play with no setup needed. Speed is excellent, reaching close to full 1Gbps, and the aluminum case feels solid and well made. Compact, reliable, and works perfectly with my devices. Highly recommended.

my motherboard's ethernet port died, this is a great replacement! works just as well, I dont regret it! just make sure it doesn't get jostled as it could get unplugged pretty easily.

Excellent product, it does what it does perfectly, no drops and just plug and play and that's it. Highly recommended

MacBook Pro required pressing enter to set up the USB-C adapter!
*** Important setup for MacOS 26.x (Tahoe) users *** When you first connect this UGreen USB-C ethernet adapter (Model CM199 printed on the back) to MacOS Tahoe 26.x, a prompt will immediately appear and disappear. You need to press Enter quickly to accept the prompt to allow the device to be trusted. And that's it for setup on MacOS 26! After I figured that out, the device appeared in my Network settings under "Other Services". You should see AX88179B appear. Once you see this, the lights should turn on the adapter when an ethernet cable is connected, and you are good to go. Four stars given the installation steps did not mention this and it took some time to figure out why the adapter wasn't turning on at first. The adapter appears to be built well, using quality aluminum finish and feels durable. The cord is thick and not flimsy. Overall, I'm satisfied with the portable size of the adapter as it is still convenient enough to store into a laptop bag pocket.

This was a godsend- WiFi would not work!
This was a godsend - I was having trouble accessing wifi. This allowed me to plug my MAC directing into my router. It arrived quickly and worked perfectly, and was easy to install.

Well constructed product, works as advertised, very happy with the UGREEN USB C to Ethernet Adapter
Works well with my M Series MacBook Air. Plug and play, once plugged in my MacBook asked for permission and it was all done. I used this device to check the internet speed on my home fiber network at the modem. I am very happy, well constructed solid product.
