Delicious
Easy to make, is delicious, and for the bulk price it is still cheaper than buying it in the store. Perfect creamy to thickness consistency and the taste is really great.

Pretty good for gourmet backpacking
My use for this product is out of the ordinary: it's for "gourmet backpacking", to cook up some real food as an alternative to the usual fare of Ramen noodles and rehydrated pouch meals. I can boil half a pound of pasta in the larger half (pot) of my GSI Extreme mess kit, and make this sauce in the smaller half (pan). Milk comes from Nestle Nido Fortificada powder (fortified whole milk), butter is carried in a Coghlan's squeeze tube, and I pre-measure the Parmesan cheese into a little zipper bag. A tiny plastic trail fork makes a poor whisk substitute so I had to stir constantly to break up lumps. The sauce came out pretty good, with a generous amount for half a pound of whole wheat thin spaghetti. (I know fettuccine is traditional, but I'm not going to attempt heavy fettuccine noodles on a backpacking stove.) I think the constant stirring for 5+ minutes helped with the sauce consistency. The taste is going to vary with the quality of cheese you use. The nutmeg flavor came through very distinctly, despite being the last ingredient on the list. At home I would consider enough sauce for only half a pound of pasta a poor deal. It's the perfect amount for backpacking, though, and compared to the prices of dehydrated backpacking foods this is not bad at all.

Best "turkey" gravy!
My family likes this mushroom sauce because it's gluten free and it tastes great with chicken or turkey. Last Thanksgiving my grandson said it was the best turkey gravy he ever had and he's an expert! There's no turkey in it, it just goes so well with turkey or chicken. It's great on mashed potatoes and saves time from making turkey gravy from scratch. It mades preparation for dinner so much easier than "made from scratch" gravy. I use this gravy mix throughout the year because it's so delicious, easy and versatile.

Gluten Free Flavor Perfection In A Packet--Finally!!
Everyone knows gluten free food can sometimes lack the pizzazz of 'normal' food when it comes to flavor and spice, and until fairly recently, our choices for safe sauces that didn't taste off was rather limited. Well, not anymore! It's creamy, cheesy, a bit more peppery than I expected but it was definitely not unpleasant, and adding Parmesan cheese to the mix brought that 'real' alfredo taste front and center. It's incredibly easy to mix in and it's packed with flavor, and while I did experience some pain after eating, it was due to the cheese (lactose intolerant, but dammit, sometimes you just need some cheese, y'know?) and the volume of food eaten (kind of inhaled the whole pot after one taste) and NOT the sauce itself. Highly recommend! If you're tired of eating 'naked' pasta or looking for something different than marinara, look no further.

Who Knew??
Wow. This was a truly delightful surprise. It was one of the items I stocked up on for a fast-fix pasta dinner during the coronavirus lockdown. We tried it last night, and it was fabulous. Great flavor, really great flavor. Easy to fix. Fast to fix. Excellent ingredients (I'm super picky re: ingredients). It was an end of day wondrous and delicious surprise. Really, really good ... and a snap to prepare!

Too salty
It was a promising product, being organic. But it is far too salty. It is better to let the customer add more salt if needed. When you add cheese, that is going to add salt. I also do not want "natural butter flavor". I want BUTTER. "Natural butter flavor" is almost certainly some vegetable oil, so it's "plastic butter". If you are going to bother to make your product organic, don't put junk like that in it. Other than being too salty, it has a nice flavor, but keep in mind that you are adding a lot of that. I drink raw milk. I couldn't figure out how to prepare this without cooking the milk, which I do NOT want to do. If I prepare it without adding milk, and then after I have done all the cooking I am going to do, I add the milk, it doesn't turn out that well. I got better results adding water and dehydrated milk powder. At least that way, I wasn't destroying the properties of the raw milk I drink. I have used two packets. The rest will sit there until I figure out how to overcome these problems.
