Old India Green Pepper Corns 250 g

Great green pepper!

What's not to like? Dry enough for pepper grinder, or used whole will plump up in sauces, etc. Great value. 250g of green peppercorns is quite a lot, but worth getting. I keep them in a jar.

Great for making pepper sauce. Spicy with great flavour.

I have a container where I have equal measures of four colours of peppercorns (Black, Green, Pink and White) to use in my grinder.

Value for money at this quantity. Otherwise pretty standard. No better or worse than any other kind of black pepper. If there’s a real top quality smasher out there let me know.

I use crushed peppercorns for making my own salsa, normally with black pepper. For a change I thought I would try green peppercorns. I was really surprised how 'hot' it is compared to black pepper. It adds a real zing! So for anyone who likes a touch of heat to their food - give this a try.
