ACCURATE, AND LONG LASTING
This reamer is sub .0001 accurate, and has held up for over 600 holes in 7075 alum. It's a good buy.

Best company for any cutting tool
I've never bought something of drill america I didn't like especially there reamers always the right size and very sharp

Still sharp and bores perfectly.
Use a little tap magic and drilled holes using a #31 bit (.120) then reamed using this ream for perfect pressfit of 1/8" rod. Did this 24 times into aluminum and ream is sharp as ever.

I used this tool for cleaning up a spring powered airgun transfer port. It worked fine.

The first time I used it I accidentally ran it ...
The first time I used it I accidentally ran it into a bar running under my drill press. It took at 1/8"+ deep cut without being damaged and still bore out four aluminum parts accurately without any chatter.

"Drill America" = "made in China" ?
Reamer has absolutely no marking on it even a size. It is a problem if you accidentally put it into a wrong box in your shop. Absence of marking and poor quality kind of telling me it was made in China or somewhere else but definitely not US or Europe.
