I use these on my runs and they're super helpful! They don't taste salty and keep me feeling strong on the longer runs. They mix well, they provide adequate hydration and energy. I run with a 2L pack so I use 2-3 for a balanced taste. They ingredients are clean and give me confidence as I use them frequently during the summer months!

I use while bike riding. These taste great and mix very easily. What I did find was a whole pack in my 21oz water bottle was a bit sweet. So I simply mix half of the pack into 20-21oz water bottle. They help maintain your energy level in a great, refreshing way. I use two water bottles while riding. I mix one bottle with half a pack, one bottle plain water. Works great.

It uses real sugar!

I use Skratch all the time because of Orthostatic Hypotension, but in the bag. I recently had to make an unexpected trip to California for a family medical situation and I knew it was going to be HOT there. I didn't want to carry the bag with me back and forth to the hospital(and on the plane) as I knew I would need extra electrolytes throughout the day. These packets were perfect to carry with me and knew it wouldn't affect me adversely because I already use it all the time (I have migraines so need to be wary of fake sugars, additives, etc) So happy Skratch lab goes the extra mile to make sure everyone can use their products!

I switched over from a hydration tablet to these Skratch Hydration packets and love them. The flavor is great, and it seems to work well. No more tablet swelling and getting stuck together between hikes. Packets are easy to use, and I only take what I need to the trip.

Flavor and price are great but the powder inside was already clumpy as if it had been exposed to moisture. Don’t impact flavor but did take longer to get it to dissolve.

Almost all of my family takes this daily. It sure helps you feel better! I buy the packets for trips and my elderly parents. The larger bag I keep at home. I will say in shipping the packets outside boxes are usually crushed.

I use these for every ride over an hour long and can't recommend them enough. They are especially good for endurance cycling having used them for rides of 200+ miles and despite there being many other products out there many of which I've tested, these are my go-to. They taste good too!

This stuff is great but you must remember to have this and then hydrate with water… it doesn’t hydrate you, it kicks your body into hydrate mode which you have to follow up with drinking plenty of water. I don’t thinks some people understand how they work.
