Our family loves this concentrate. We can’t keep it in the house. I continually make orders and we go through it so quickly. My children love the taste, and I love the extra antioxidants. It is a treat for us!

Great for blood orange cocktails
This is the perfect mix for blood orange cocktails. May be a little expensive but well worth it. If you enjoy making blood orange drinks this is the way to go.

Great Packaging! With that amount of dry ice I probably could easily freeze a few bodies!! I’m planning on using this Blood Orange purée concentrate in a Valentines IPA beer recipe! Should be interesting. I’m calling it My Bloody Valentines IPA

Prickly Pear Puree
Don't waist you money on syrups....puree is the best way to go. Best margarita ever!!

Awesome for so many things
I got the best margaritas on the block because of this stuff! Also great for making sorbet, ice cream, or add a touch to champagne for an interesting mimosa. Beautiful color too.

Tastes like a lemon-soaked banana
For starters, I love Perfect Puree. I've tried quite a few of their fruit flavors, and so far they're all good, except this one. The banana flavor is sort of there, but it's masked by a very strong tangy, citrusy flavor. I'm guessing they added a TON of citric acid to prevent browning. Unfortunately, they sacrificed flavor to preserve color. Cooking it rapidly to about 165 degrees, then cooling it rapidly will achieve the same color preservation without any of the lemon flavor. Scooping the seeds out of the center will also improve color. For the premium price, I would expect them to offer a premium product that doesn't rely on cheap, easy measures like just overloading it with citric acid. Seriously guys, put some effort into this product so it matches the quality of the rest of your lineup.
