I like the seal ring, when I looked at it at first, I was not sure it is going to work, because it does not look like the old ring from my Fissler Vitavit blue point pressure cooker, but when I did some cooking ,it kept the pressure perfect, it smells a bit like rubber, but other wise I like it.
