For some reason the outer casing dissolves extremely quickly and then you're left with a mouthful of horrible tasting powder.I'm a pro at taking tablets and never usually have a problem (even being able to take tablets without water at times, when I've had to), but no matter what technique I use when trying to take them, the same always happens.

Nice vegan supplement so you can get your daily iron and vitamin B12- also has vit C to aid iron absorption.It has an iron formulation that is easier on the digestive system than many iron supplements on the market so suits very well if you have IBS or Crohns or other digestive issues.

These taste horrible and leave a nasty after taste for a minute or so. Somebody said like licking a rusty bumper and I would agree

Written several similar review for other supplements. For this kind of thing I trust brands that i recognise but this is nothing to do with any personal research. No unpleasant in taste but then again they are meant to be swallowed, have a slightly chalky texture if you don't get them down quick enough but this is nothing unexpected.

My iron tablets arrived quickly. I think they're good quality, high strength and easy to swallow. The taste is no issue either. Better still, they are made in the UK. The 'proof in the pudding' for me is when I next give blood - have my iron levels improved! I would recommend this product.
