I have used a lot of different ice packs over the years due to a medical condition and I recommend and gift this to anyone I know needs one regularly. It keeps cold, and its flexibility to form well to whatever purpose I need it, a the weight is heavy enough to stay in place, not something I'd lay on a 3rd degree burn 😅 I love the size of it for my neck, head, shoulders, knees, arm/elbow/hand, legs and feet. I also have the rectangular one for my back and hips. It does not come with velcro strips, nor did the one I purchase advertise it. It is my favorite cooling pain relief I have, been using this brand for 10 years, I've replaced it once at my fault for not storing it better in the freezer. LOL it got freezer burn from something wet in my freezer, totally my fault.

I really like the quality and flexibility of the cold packs. It helps to follow the contours of the body.

This is my third one we will have in our house. The original is still going strong I love the clay maluability and how long it stays cool. The three flaps are great for molding around my neck.

I am happy that this cold pack is my second Core Products tri-sectional ice pack. my neck, occipital area, shoulders and upper back is thanking Core Products immensely. this product was a recommendation by a fellow Dystonia sufferer. the disorder that makes patients stiff and tremor (what makes Parkinson's patients shake immensely) the heavy weight of the product and ice coldness provides some relief for my chronic pain and stiffness. It freezes up in a few hours which is nice. so now I have a second one and am able to rotate them for use more often. this is one happy customer. thank you! benefits of this ice pack: weight provides comfort; coldness provides pain relief and prevents and reduces swelling (inflammation) of muscles and nerves; reduces muscle pain and spasms; numbs the areas to reduce the effects of swelling; reduces bleeding into the tissues; speeds nutrients to the area; promotes healing; decreases tissue damage. ice packs can be applied 8 to 10 times a day. Ice therapy initially constricts local blood vessels. it also decreases tissue inflammation. Icing is a proven tool in our arsenal against pain and inflammatory conditions :-) Even though you may think heat feels better to you, it opens up the blood vessels. For chronic musculoskeletal pain like mine ... you can rarely go wrong with icing. it is the single most important tool for pain management. tendonitis, nerve pain, and carpal tunnel all get some benefits from using ice packs.

Loved this and found it very useful but after a year in the freezer it got punctured/ripped on the surface covering and then whatever the internal product was leaked out so I had to throw it away

Used these for relief following hip replacement and cervical fusion. I bought two and alternated to keep swelling and pain at bay. Excellent product that can shape around joint.

This is the second wrap I have purchased.Eliminates the need for putting the ice pack in a towel. Highly recommend.
